Our returns and aftercare policy is designed to be fair, clear, and consistent with the bespoke nature of many of our products.
Returns
Many of our beds are made to order or customised specifically for you. For this reason, made-to-order and bespoke items are non-refundable and cannot be returned once production has begun, unless a manufacturing fault is identified.
Where applicable, standard (non-bespoke) items may be eligible for return in accordance with statutory consumer rights. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or fault, please notify us as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after delivery. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement, or alternative solution in line with consumer protection regulations.
Please note that natural materials, fabrics, leathers, and handcrafted products may display slight variations in colour, texture, or finish. These are inherent characteristics and are not considered faults.
To ensure the longevity of your bed or mattress, we recommend following the care guidance provided at the time of purchase. Proper use, ventilation, and routine care will help maintain comfort and performance over time.
We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged through misuse, incorrect installation,inadequate access, or failure to follow care instructions.
