Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to arrange a pre-agreed delivery date. We kindly ask that someone is present to receive the delivery and that access to the property is clear and suitable.To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please let us know in advance of any access considerations, such as stairs, narrow entrances, restricted parking, or gated properties. This allows us to plan your delivery efficiently and avoid delays.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

Our complimentary delivery includes one successful delivery attempt.If delivery cannot be completed due to customer-related circumstances — including absence at the agreed time or unsuitable access — a redelivery charge may apply. Any applicable costs willalways be confirmed before rescheduling.

Changes & Cancellations

If you need to amend or cancel your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. Late changes or cancellations may incur a charge, particularly for orders already prepared or in transit.Please note that made-to-order and bespoke beds are produced specifically for you and are subject to our cancellation policy.
