These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

2. Products and Prices

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions and prices are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and product images may show accessories that are not included unless stated.

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Any additional charges will be shown before you complete your order.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you will receive confirmation that we have received it. An order becomes accepted when we confirm it for processing or dispatch.

If a product is unavailable or there is an obvious pricing error, we will contact you and, where necessary, refund any payment already taken.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

4. Faulty Goods and Legal Guarantee

All products are covered by the applicable legal guarantee of conformity under Spanish consumer law.

If a product is faulty, damaged or does not conform to your order, please contact us with your order details. We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Any manufacturer’s commercial warranty is additional to, and does not replace, your statutory consumer rights.

5. Product Care

Customers should follow the care, unpacking and installation instructions supplied by the manufacturer.

Where a mattress is delivered rolled, compressed or boxed, please follow the manufacturer’s instructions regarding unpacking, expansion and first use.
